PLUS we take into account a comprehensive factors that affect your overall goals and well-being, not just calories or macros.
1:1 Private Coaching requires a four-month minimum commitment. Most clients actually need more time to fully implement changes, build sustainable habits, and "stick the landing"—not just lose weight, but learn how to maintain their results long term. Four months is the minimum because it allows for enough time to make meaningful progress, adjust your plan as needed, and build confidence in your new routines. After four months, coaching can continue on a monthly basis, with the option to cancel with a 30-day notice. At the start of coaching, Jodi will discuss your specific goals and provide an estimated timeline for achieving them, so you have a clear plan for your journey.
You will receive comprehensive support throughout the program, including regular one-on-one coaching sessions, 24/7 access to guidance, and motivation through messaging, along with tailored advice as you proceed.
