Let me take you back to a time when I was just like you, navigating the demands of a fast-paced corporate world in marketing and sales. On paper, I had it all, but something vital was missing. In guiding others in nutrition and fitness, our work together has led to my calling today: empowering women to thrive in midlife. This awakening was molded by deeply personal experiences—from witnessing my brother's disciplined bodybuilding transformation to enduring college challenges that jeopardized my healthy physique. I vividly recall my coach pressuring me to lose weight despite being at a healthy level. I embarked on a ridiculous diet and, through that ordeal, learned a crucial lesson: There has to be a better way.

Navigating pregnancy added another chapter to my story, teaching me that wellness is not about deprivation or excessive exertion. Instead, it’s about understanding your body, making informed choices, and living a vibrant, joy-filled life. I've found that to be true throughout my life, from learning to sift through all of the information (and misinformation!) that's available at our fingertips to donating a kidney to answering the challenges that each new decade brings! Every step in my journey has reinforced this simple truth—and now, I’m here to guide you in discovering it for yourself.

I bring over 30 years of coaching experience to the table. I’m also a living kidney donor, a testament to my deep-seated dedication to health and wellbeing. As a professional natural bodybuilder, a judge, and an emcee at natural bodybuilding events, along with co-hosting the OCB Natural Edge podcast, my life revolves around fitness and holistic health.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped thousands reclaim their health and meet their weight-loss goals, but there’s a unique motivation that drives me: helping women over 40 tap into renewed vitality. Just like other athletic activities in which I've participated, natural bodybuilding has enriched my life and work in countless beautiful and unexpected ways. However, just because I love this sport doesn't mean I expect you to pursue it - nor eat like a bodybuilder! - unless that's your goal. I truly believe that the most important stage is the stage of LIFE, and that's where I dedicate most of my time as well.

For my 50th birthday, I had the amazing opportunity to walk in the 2023 Angel Competition Bikinis fashion show at The Arnold Sports Festival. While I jokingly say Arnold Schwarzenegger hosted the event just for my birthday, in reality, it's not about me. The true highlight was connecting with other inspiring women and celebrating with my family in a grand way! Now, I'm curious—what's the "big goal" or "big event" you'd love to achieve if you let yourself dream big? Dream boldly, sister!

My mornings start with a cup of coffee and Kickstand Kitty curled up in my lap. She’s our one-year-old rescue who found us last year — a tiny fighter who’d survived a compound fracture and later an amputation as a kitten. Watching her now — content, cozy, and totally at peace — reminds me what resilience looks like. Her requests are simple: coffee time, her favorite blanket, and a warm lap. After everything she’s been through, giving her her best life feels like the least we can do.
