Coaching with me helps midlife women master their metabolism with strategies that work uniquely for this stage of life. I understand the fear and frustration of feeling like a failure when past attempts haven't worked, and the discomfort of not recognizing yourself anymore. Together, we'll tackle the challenges that come with midlife, addressing those emotional fears and uncertainties head-on.

Program Structure: two, 1:1 video sessions each month, as well as the creation of your personalized nutrition plan according to your goals, needs, and preferences following your first session. You'll also receive meal plan edits following each of your coaching sessions, as well as goal-supporting recipes. Although you do not need to understand how we calculate macros in the beginning, you have the option to learn, which will help you make the most of your investment and support your independence long-term. Also, this program includes highest coach access with the option to text me 8am-5pm EST weekdays. Investment: $325/month, minimum four month commitment and option to continue monthly thereafter. *Note: prices will increase in 2026, so grab your spot now!

This program is recommended for those wanting to maximize their progress in the least amount of time. It is also suggested for those who want to work through specific behaviors that have interfered with their results in the past (ex. eating due to stress, excessive snacking, consuming foods/beverages that do not support goals, etc.). We will address your wellness vision, as well as the many pieces of your midlife health that are critical to your journey and success! With 30+ years of experience, this is not cookie-cutter coaching. You deserve to feel strong, confident, and in control again. Exciting news—our group coaching program is launching soon! Ideal for those who are doers and thrive on action, this program offers a supportive community where you’re never alone in your journey. Experience the camaraderie and motivation that comes from connecting with others who share similar goals and challenges.

Program Structure: We'll have two group video coaching sessions each month - one evening session plus one lunchtime session, and all sessions will have a replay option if you cannot attend live. Group coaching participants will also have access to private support materials and guides, as well as inclusion in our private group community. For a limited time, we are offering SPECIAL INAUGURAL PRICING FOR THE FIRST 20 PARTICIPANTS, TOO! Investment: $179/month* (first 20 participants) or $199/month.* Four-month commitment and then continues on a monthly basis until you decide to discontinue. *Ask about our pay-in-full discounted rate!

Personalized Nutrition Plan Package

Transform your wellness journey with a personalized plan crafted specifically for midlife women. While many seek "just a plan," the reality is that almost everyone benefits from expert edits, especially with the unique challenges of this life stage.

Program Structure: three video sessions includes the creation of your personalized nutrition plan according to your goals, needs, and preferences following your first session. You'll also receive meal plan edits after the second and third sessions, as well as a total of 12 delicious, goal-supporting recipes that fit into your main meal macros (typically lunch + dinner). Not sure how to do macros? No problem, I do the math, and all you'll need to do is focus on the follow-through with the suggested serving sizes at each meal and snack! Investment: $450 (total, not monthly); program to be completed over three months and with option to renew.

This program is perfect for those who do well with a "take the information and run" approach.
